Summary: The Marketing Assistant role will support marketing team in many exciting initiatives. They will work closely with all disciplines within the team and have the opportunity to build relationships with Champion employees across the company. This role is crucial for the Marketing department's seamless functioning and goal achievement, as well as for the company's sustained growth. An ideal team member will enjoy wearing a lot of different hats and being a collaborative teammate. They should be proactive, anticipate, and find fulfillment in being responsive and getting things done.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Administrative: Completing daily administrative duties to maintain the department's operations and coordination.
- Content Creation: Work with a network of photographers to schedule photo and video shoots and manage the processing of all media.
- Marketing Collateral: Organize and manage marketing collateral using digital asset management tools.
- Customer Engagement: Answering questions and comments across social media pages and working with reputation management software to respond to and solicit reviews.
- Organizational Outreach: Work closely with our factories across the country to complete requests including but not limited to media, presentations, social media, and other marketing tools.
- Coordination: Assist in the coordination of events, meetings, larger photo and video shoots by working through logistical tasks and requests.
- Shipping and Mailing: Support the marketing team with shipping and mailing tasks to our factories and other customers.
- Accounting: Process corporate credit card charges, submit invoices to accounts payables and balance account spreadsheets.
- Scheduling: Assist with scheduling needs for events, tradeshows, travel and more.

Qualifications
- Must have basic accounting skills.
- Fluency with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and Teams. Familiarity with project management software and tools.
