Marketing and Social Media Intern

Billow LLC (www.billow.fun) is a Seattle local tech start-up founded by Microsoft employees. Billow aims to build an elite social platform through social and networking events which empower personal and community growth. Billow has 5000+ members so far who are insightful, passionate, and humorous. We are looking for skillful interns who are self-motivated, reliable, and good at communicating to drive the growth of the Billow's membership. The right candidates will be passionate about working on Social Media, operation, and with great ownership to drive projects and have the right skillsets to get things done quickly and with high quality.

Social media/Operation interns are a key part of our team and experience tremendous learning as they contribute to the success of our growth. You will work closely with designer /developer/business development to drive customer growth.

This position:

• Internship will last at least 3 months, with potential option for extension
• A great potential launchpad into a career in Marketing and Social Media
• Your responsibilities will vary from day-to-day with projects ranging from writing Xiaohongshu posts, manage tiktok/Youtube accounts, operate/manage membership, and Wechat Groups. If you like interact with people and having customer obsession, you'll love this position.
• You will perform some operation job such as managing community and drive membership growth

Requirement:

• Looking for people with high energy, ownership and self-motivation.
• Good at communication and have strong leadership. You do not rely on others to drive you to work. Instead, you come up with ideas to drive others to work with you.
• A great team player, listener and collaborator.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong familiarity with popular Social Media platforms like Instagram, Xiaohongshu, Tiktok and Youtube.
• Effective written and oral communication (English & Chinese)
• Documentation and organizing skills
• Ability to multitask with ease
• Enthusiasm about interacting with people and having customer obsession
• Innovative and curious about new skills, areas
• Growth mindset
