Job Description:

PRE Management, Inc. is seeking a Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team. The Sales and Marketing Manager will be responsible for the sales process from start to finish. This includes contacting potential clients, setting appointments for the sales team, and communicating with clients to ensure the best possible customer experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and providing excellent customer service.

Duties & Responsibilities:
·Responsible for the sales process from start to finish. This includes contacting potential clients and setting appointments with them. Setting appointments with potential clients to determine their needs. Presentation of products to customers in a professional manner.
·Developing strong relationships with customers through open communication and understanding their needs.
·Communicating with customers regarding order status, shipping details, etc.
·Reviewing all orders to ensure that products are in stock and shipping as quickly as possible. Maintaining product inventory by monitoring sales activity on website, email notifications, etc.
·Monitoring customer satisfaction by tracking customer feedback and providing customer service support when necessary.
·Assist in developing new business by reaching out to existing customers as well as setting up new business through our website and social media platforms (Facebook Instagram Twitter).
·Other duties as assigned by manager.

Education & Professional Experience:
·Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred (preferred but not required).
·Previous experience working in sales or marketing preferred but not required.
·Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word Excel Outlook). Ability to learn new software programs quickly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
