Join the team at For All Seasons, a well-respected, Non-Profit Behavioral Health and Rape Crisis Center serving Maryland’s mid-shore region. In this administrative role, you will support the VP of Marketing and Communication with website support, ad design, and posting, work with multiple media platforms, and assist with coordinating and attending Agency-sponsored outreach events. Duties/Responsibilities:
- Coordinate social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, X, and LinkedIn, with the goal of connecting individuals to For All Seasons’ services, programs, and events, and raising awareness for mental health and victim support topics/campaigns. Identify potential new social media channels to reach new audiences to tell our story.
- Take and collect photos and videos from across the agency, including at events and campaigns, for sharing internally and publicly.
- Website support, editing, and managing landing pages on the main site and/or Leadpages.
- Basic video recording and editing, and podcast and audio file editing.
- Ad design, resizing, and editing.
- Coordinate digital and print ad placement including social media advertising.
- Maintain retargeting, keyword, and geofenced ad campaigns.
- Manage inventory, and ordering of agency swag, flyers, and brochure/promotional prints.
- Design promotional items, flyers, signs, banners, and brochures.
- Coordinate media interviews for staff.
- Participate in community outreach events and community meetings within the five counties to raise awareness of our organization and the services offered.
- Track the effectiveness of our events and communications initiatives.
- Collect, summarize, and analyze advertising data.
- Create and update short promotional and educational videos, i.e., Mental Health Minutes.
- Collaborate with the Human Resources department to post job openings and recruitment ads.
- Support internal communications with staff for marketing of events, campaigns, etc.
- Attend and support agency-led outreach events and activities, and other outreach initiatives.
- Support the process of identifying and connecting the CEO and other staff with speaking engagements.
- Represent the agency through networking and presentation of general services of For All Seasons.
- Assist in building a positive team of staff and volunteers who will attend outreach and community partner events.
- Collaborate on placement and inventory of literature, brochures, and crisis stickers throughout the community and determine the value (relevance and outcomes as possible).

- Follow all HIPAA compliance and confidentiality policies and procedures in all areas of work in accordance with FAS policies and applicable laws;
- Ability to have a global perspective while maintaining day-to-day processes.
Education and Experience:
- Minimum of an Associate’s Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of previous experience related to marketing.
- Experience with community engagement/outreach and/or volunteer management.
- Proficiency with major social media platforms.
- Previous experience with video and audio recording and editing.

Pay: $47,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
