Seeking a high-energy, creative, and task-oriented Marketing and Membership Manager to join our team. Responsibilities include but are not limited to full service of the Marketing and Membership departments, the Marketing and facilitating of Club events and activities, assisting with the maintenance of the Club's websites and other communication outlets. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing initiatives that resonate with our target audience and members, leveraging expertise in digital platforms and creative tools. Ensure our marketing efforts are cohesive, innovative, and effective in achieving our business objectives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Other duties may be assigned.
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials and content across various platforms, ensuring brand consistency and engagement.
- Utilize platforms such as Canva, WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite, Excel, MailChimp, and OneDrive to create compelling visual content and streamline collaboration within the team.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a unified approach to customer service, product development, and brand messaging.
- Maintain and update Club website(s) and app.
- Coordinate, edit and contribute to weekly/monthly Member communications.
- Design collateral, signs, advertising, other marketing materials as needed.
- Prepare and deploy the Club's weekly email blasts and other various email blasts.
- Update social media outlets with Club events and photos on a weekly basis.
- Assist department heads with brochures and campaigns to promote programs.
- Support Membership and Golf Teams to promote events.
- Assist with taking photos at Club events.
- Work with F&B Team on events and holidays. Assist creative needs and coordination.
- Aid with preparation of Pro-Shop, F&B, Golf and Membership Creative Materials.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, English, Communications, Liberal Arts or Graphic Design desirable. Or similar experience.
- Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably in the club, hospitality and Membership industries.
- Expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
- Proficiency in Marketing and design tools such as Canva, WordPress, Flickr, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator), and OneDrive.
- Creative thinker with a passion for branding and storytelling.
- Proficient with English grammar and possesses skills in news-style writing, feature writing, copywriting, proofreading and editing.
- Commitment to the values and mission of Panther National, with a genuine interest in club services, membership.
