As the Marketing and Engagement Coordinator, you'll be a cornerstone in our operations, facilitating marketing initiatives, administrative tasks, and fostering client engagement to drive the company's vision forward.
Responsibilities
Engagement Coordination
- Coordinating daily business activities with precision and efficiency.
- Managing client intake and outgoing communication.
- Coordinating onsite and meeting schedules for EHC engagements.
- Edit and design written and presentation materials for clients.
- Tracking engagement progress using SOPs and tools to keep projects on target.
- Managing continuing relationships and ongoing business with current and past clients.
- Nurturing ongoing relationships with current and past clients.
- Maintaining and updating company databases, records, and filing systems.
- Performing other administrative duties as requested.
Marketing
- Strategizing and executing marketing efforts within designated budgets.
- Implementing and tracking marketing objectives via Google Analytics and KPIs.
- Crafting, editing, and overseeing the production of engaging marketing collateral - LinkedIn, Canva, Constant Contact, WordPress, etc.
- Organize traditional and digital marketing campaigns.
- Spearheading continuous enhancements across online platforms (LinkedIn, Website).
Requirements & Skills:
- Proven expertise with Marketing and office administration.
- Proficiency in digital marketing techniques and database management.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and various marketing tools (Constant Contact, Canva) and online applications (CRM tools, Sharepoint, Google Drive).
- Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines.
- Self-starter mentality with the capability to work autonomously.
- Superb written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional demeanor, highly organized, and naturally courteous.
- Ability to self-motivate, deliver tasks promptly, and manage multiple priorities within a dynamic environment.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
