Job Details
The Marketing Specialist is a position suited for someone who thrives in design and driving promotions. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for digital design and production of promotional material. The Marketing Specialist will also be responsible for organizing and managing marketing campaigns for Original Pancake House franchises owned by BTE Management Co. The position will be based at our Corporate Office in Puyallup, WA.
About the Company
BTE Management Co (originally BTE Breakfast Company) was started in 2009. BTE Management Co owns and operates franchises of The Original Pancake House. The Original Pancake House is known best for providing the best in market fresh, from scratch breakfasts. The OPH offers only traditional breakfast fare, limiting hours of operation to one 8 hour shift (plus opening and closing time). BTE Management Co prides itself in providing an exceptional breakfast experience and a supportive and encouraging place of employment, holding itself and its employees to the highest of hospitality standards.

BTE Management Co owns franchises in multiple states, with plans for continued growth.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Continued development and maintenance of the company branding portfolio;
- Digital design of company produced material: menus, promotional signage, social posts, etc;
- Establish, coordinate and drive specific and individual marketing plans for each store/region;
- Host monthly meetings with owners, providing marketing updates;
- Create and execute an ongoing social media campaign;
- Design menu files. Main menu and seasonal menus
- Creating quarterly Rocks (goals) with ownership.
Benefits
A full-time, annual salary will be offered at $70,000. Additional benefits listed below
- Consistent office hours. Monday - Friday
- Paid vacation, starting at 2 weeks per year. 3 weeks after 3 years of employment. 4 weeks after 7 years of employment;
