About This Opportunity
The Loyalty Analyst will support the customer analytics for the 7-Eleven Loyalty Team
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create and report on loyalty analytics and customer segmentation
- Develop thorough understanding of loyalty and product data
- Create ad hoc analyses and presentations that help define changes in customer behavior and future opportunities
- Work cross-functionally with other teams to define, execute and measure loyalty test results
- Present results and key learnings with broader Marketing team
- Leverage learnings from past campaigns to continue to improve and learn
- Other duties, including special projects, as assigned by Management
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors/4 Yr. Degree in statistics, econometrics, engineering or related areas with exposure to quantitative techniques and computer programming
- Experience: 1-2 yrs. marketing, loyalty and/or retail analytics experience preferred
- Hands-on experience with complex SQL queries is required
- Familiarity with database marketing and statistical inference techniques preferred
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work cross-functionally to drive plans and results.
- Strong analytical + organizational skills; ability to create strong, actionable insights and stories from data
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and to deliver on time in a fast-paced environment.
