What are the main 3-5 responsibilities of this resource?
- Draft and program questionnaires, polls, surveys, and other data collection resources for research supporting digital transformation (e.g. in-app, portal and web intercept surveys)
- Create new and further develop existing dashboards in Qualtrics for better real-time insights – FAD, home page and other web, app survey, portal survey etc.
- Regularly report on performance of digital tools – ensure appropriate stakeholders receive timely notifications of any identifiable issues
- Summarize and analyze data; make recommendations related to research findings.
- Report findings concisely, presenting data in compelling visuals.
What are the MUST HAVE technologies or skills for this position?
- MUST have expertise using Qualtrics survey platform – program, manage, analyze and create dashboards
- Excellent Excel skills
- Excellent PowerPoint skills to create visually informative decks

Research analyst to assist with integration-related projects to ensure appropriate monitoring, tracking and reporting on insights and feedback related to new digital tools, including website, apps and portal.
Job Responsibilities
· Increase survey touchpoints for new digital tools (web, app, portal)
· Draft and program questionnaires, polls, surveys, and other data collection resources for research supporting digital transformation (e.g. in-app, portal and web intercept surveys)
· Create new and further develop existing dashboards in Qualtrics for better real-time insights – FAD, home page and other web, app survey, portal survey etc.
· Regularly report on performance of digital tools – ensure appropriate stakeholders receive timely notifications of any identifiable issues
- Summarize and analyze data; make recommendations related to research findings.
- Report findings concisely, presenting data in compelling visuals.
- Deliver reports and presentations of findings to management.
- Maintain accurate tracking of survey and reporting requirements.
- Meet strict reporting deadlines.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and extreme attention to detail.
- Superior research and analytical skills.
- Ability to translate complex concepts and methodologies into easily understood language.
- Expertise with Qualtrics (including dashboards, TextIQ), Tableau and all Microsoft Office software.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Research, Statistics, Math, or related field required
- 1-2 years related experience required.
