Summary of Position:
The Dwell Market Group Leader for our Bernardon team is responsible to develop, grow, and lead the market strategy for the respective Market Group as part of the overall Core States Group Service. This person is an industry leader within the Dwell market and has the ability to integrate teams and create internal synergies to lead and promote a best-in-class professional services operation.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee the strategic vision of the Dwell Market Group to ensure the group and Company meets its operational, financial and strategic goals.
- Provide thought leadership and high-level design and technical expertise on assigned project type(s)
- Oversee the execution of all projects relative to the Dwell Market Group, in addition to the profit, loss, growth and profitability of the Group.
- Responsible for the overall growth and profitability of the market and holds full profit, loss, growth and profitability responsibility for the respective market in which this role is responsible for.
- Assist in M&A activity as required.
- Be accountable for effecting change and execution of the Core States strategy through the activities and priorities of the company. Develop and hold employees accountable to company, group, and individual goals/metrics, and work with them to achieve or exceed their results.
- Lead and foster a learning organization through mentorship to staff; Develop those within our form and set a personal and professional example through leadership, words, behavior, and displaying the highest level of integrity.
- Actively promote and participate in staff sharing amongst the Core State Group enterprise.
- Actively engage with the regional or national market, seek trends, and remain current with examples of exemplary work.
- Participate in professional and community networking opportunities during and outside of the firms standard operating hours.
- Develop new client relationships; build and maintain current relationships.
- Promote the brand and Dwell Market Group as an ambassador of the firm.
- Pursue specific leads and opportunities, submit proposals, and secure payment consistent with the goals of the Company.
- Support standardization of the shared services model to ensure alignment of our Company and Bernardon Division goals while fostering inspiration vision.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- 10+ years of professional experience; interior design/construction/architecture experience within the Dwell space.
- 5+ years' experience in a supervisory position.
- Demonstrated understanding of architectural design process from schematic design through construction.
- Demonstrated capability in negotiating cost-effective outcomes.
- Proficient project management skills with the ability.
- Working knowledge and understanding of design focused software including, but not limited to Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite.
Team:
You will lead a team of Architects and Designers and work with other business and technical leaders.
Work Location:
This is a hybrid role that can sit out of one of our locations in PA/NJ/DE.
