Duties:
- Willing and able to travel for work 6 times a year or so for professional development and team goal setting/accountability
- Collaborate, manage, receive input from multiple relationships
- Provide high-level administrative support to the Team Leader and Operating Principal (CEO)
- Coordinate, schedule meetings, and hold appointments with agents, staff and leaders within the office
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports for the Leadership Team
- Assist in the preparation of meeting agendas and take minutes during meetings and manage multiple deadlines, projects and strategic initiatives
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Act as a liaison between the multiple parties including Leadership Team, staff members and real estate agents
- Oversee and manage general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and ordering supplies for multiple office locations.
```Requirements```Able to manage financials for multiple entities
- Proficiency of credit and debit on income statements
- Ability to work with timeline on monthly basis to ensure all bills are paid on time and financials are organized properly
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role supporting top-level executives
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Familiarity with office equipment and phone systems
- Knowledge of DocuSign or similar electronic signature software is a plus
- Experience in event planning or project coordination is preferred
- Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
