Description: Join our team as a Full-Time Traveling RN - Home Health Care Coordinator in Marion, IL. This role combines the excitement of travel with the fulfillment of providing Home Health Care.Active RN license in IL and active BLS certification from the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross are mandatory. A minimum of 6 months of Home Health experience is required.
Shift

• Monday through Friday.
• Shift: 8am to 5pm.
• 40 hours a week.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and optimize Home Health Care plans for patients.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for holistic patient care.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation using Oasis EMR.
• Provide compassionate and quality patient care in diverse home settings.
