DIRECTOR OF NURSING, PEDIATRICS DEPARTMENT

Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Nursing to join our team. As the Director of Nursing, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects OF NURSING care within our organization. This is a leadership role that requires strong supervisory skills, acute care knowledge, and a deep understanding OF NURSING administration.

Duties:
- Provide leadership and direction to the nursing staff, ensuring high-quality patient care
- Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and standards
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create and maintain effective systems for patient care
- Supervise and evaluate the performance OF NURSING staff, providing feedback and guidance as needed
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards of practice
- Develop and manage budgets for nursing services
- Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes related to nursing services
- Oversee the development and implementation of care plans for patients
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in medical technology, treatments, and procedures

Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (Master's degree preferred)
- Valid nursing license in the state of [LOCATION]
- Minimum [X] years of experience in nursing administration or nurse management role
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, medical terminology, and hospice care

Pay: $116,480.00 - $123,186.00 per year
