As a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA), you will assume the responsibility of executing routine service duties and procedures that are essential for ensuring our residents' well-being, comfort, and safety. This encompasses providing assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) and other procedures that fall within the purview of the CNA's role. General Duties
- Help patients in performing activities of daily living such as bathing, eating, dressing, and other hygiene-related tasks
- Other ad hoc or administrative tasks needed
- Develop friendly, and supportive relationships with our residents and patients
- Ensure accuracy in documentation and reports relating to the patient's condition and medication
- Assist the RN, LPN/LVN, and other members of the clinical team in the care of the residents
- Communicate with the patient to understand their wants and needs
- Help residents with physical therapy exercises
- Communicate with patients at all times to understand their needs and wants
- Maintain a clean, neat, comfortable, and safe environment for residents
- Report any change of condition or unusual findings to the unit nurse per policy and procedures
- Maintain patient confidentiality at all times

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Proof of COVID vaccination
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English proficiently as needed for the job
- Willingness to be trained
- 18 years old and above
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Ability to pass drug tests
- Must be physically fit and able to lift 50lbs or more
