Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the well-being of our patients. Duties:
- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments on patients
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical history
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans
- Provide education and support to patients and their families
- Assist with medical procedures such as laboratory tests, medical imaging, and injections
- Coordinate patient care activities and ensure smooth transitions between healthcare settings (e.g., ambulatory surgery center, acute care)
- Provide end-of-life care in hospice palliative medicine settings
- Promote health and safety in the workplace through occupational health initiatives
Experience:
- Minimum of [2] years of experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute care setting
- Proficient in administering injections and performing medical procedures
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and patient assessment techniques
