Job Description
Jazz Imaging has a vacancy for a Full Time Manufacturing Operator/Technician in the manufacturing department. The successful candidate(s) will be responsible for the operation of wire bond equipment and various manual CMOS/Optical sensor assemblies. Steady hand movement and hand-eye coordination are a must as employees are required to handle and load/unload small and delicate microelectronic/optical parts. Microscope assembly experience is required. All Manufacturing Operators are expected to be working on a microscope for the majority of the day. Training will be provided.
Education
High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent.
Required knowledge and qualifications
- 2 years experience in electronic, semiconductor, medical device assembly, or other relevant engineering assembly
- 2 years experience in microscope assembly. Able to prove advanced dexterity skills
- Experience in a cleanroom environment
- Knowledge of ESD safety
- Knowledge of travelers and work instructions. Good at following directions and documenting work
- Knowledge of calibration and IQ/OQ/PQ
- Computer literate
Preferred knowledge and qualifications:
- Manual Die Attach operation, Microscope, and manual dispensing equipment (EFD, etc.).
- Manual Epoxy Dam/Encapsulation, Fill operation & Cure Process
- Fiber-optics plate attach
- Wire Bonding experience on K&S 8060 Bonder.
- Rework Soldering/Touch Up experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of ISO standards

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
