Job Summary:
Raytheon Operations has an opportunity for an Infrastructure Manager in the Andover MA, Circuit Card Manufacturing (CCM) factory. Responsibilities include full leadership and management accountability regarding planning and execution of Capital projects according to strict deadlines and budgets. This role also leads any major floor layout reconfigurations as well as the CCM Engineering Co-Op program, and is the primary point of contact to coordinate common equipment purchases across CCM.
This role requires daily interaction with other cross-business teams to maintain and meet organizational goals and objectives. The successful candidate will be adept at leading in a team environment and communicating with a broad base of individuals and including internal Raytheon stakeholders and facility managers, architects, engineers from all disciplines, general contractors and subcontractors and external resources.
Responsibilities to Anticipate:
- Leading and collaborating within a cross-functional environment to manage area layout, budget, resources, and reporting to ensure effective execution of maintenance activities.
- Supports deployment of manufacturing operations strategy, control systems, tools, and metrics to accurately measure progress and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure Quality & EH&S standards are built and maintained in alignment with company policies.
- Capital planning and financial management including control of overhead expenses.
- Practice excellent stakeholder management to maintain effective relationships.
- Employee hiring and training.
- Ensuring the full compliance of company policies and procedures.
- Responsibility in executing improvement to processes, systems or products to enhance the performance of a job area.
Basic Qualifications:
- Typically require a university degree or equivalent experience and minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience including some management experience or an Advanced degree and minimum of 7 years of related experience.
- The ability to obtain and maintain a government US security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience utilizing lean manufacturing concepts with lean or six sigma project implementations.
- Broad understanding of Electronics design, quality and production requirements and a demonstrated ability to continuously improve these processes.
- Strong management skills including the ability to make decisions with minimal supervision, goal setting, delegation, coaching, and motivating.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and presentation skills.
- Very organized with a systematic task approach to achieve accuracy and efficiency.
- High computer literacy and confidence/skill working within Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Project) and familiarity with Raytheon systems (PRISM, PDM, VBS)
- Experience with unit hour performance, cost account management or other budgetary duties
- EVMS Level 2 Certified or Advanced knowledge of maintenance management with a technical/trade background
