1. Schedules preventative maintenance with outside vendors such as the 25%
office HVAC system, mortuary coolers, A/C, gates, and garage doors. Follow up
with vendors with issues that need to be addressed.
2. Ensure pest control, janitorial service, snow removal, landscaping and other regularly
scheduled upkeep by outside vendors are performed as needed. 20%
Ensure supply of paper products such as toilet paper and paper towels are
available and order as necessary.
3. Respond to maintenance issues identified by office staff. Reach out to appropriate
Vendor to coordinate service visit and potential repair. Inform Facilities and Logistics
Manager of any critical issues. 20%
4. Work closely with Facility and Logistics Manager to identify future maintenance
needs. Obtain quotes and help prepare paperwork with the finance staff to
address these needs. 15%
5. Assist Facilities and Logistics Manager with other maintenance projects that are
taking place at other OCME offices. 15%
6. Other duties, as assigned.

MINIMUM ENTRANCE REQUIREMENTS:
Applicants must have at least (A) four (4) years of full-time or, equivalent part-time, professional, professional internship, administrative, supervisory, or managerial experience in: business administration, business management, public administration, public management, clinical administration or clinical management or (B) any equivalent combination of the required experience and substitutions below.
Substitutions:
I. A certificate in a relevant or related field may be substituted for one (1) year of the required experience.
II. An Associate's degree in a related field may be substituted for one (1) year of the required experience.
III. A Bachelor's degree in a related field may be substituted for two (2) years of the required experience.
IV. A Graduate degree in a related field may be substituted for three (3) years of the required experience.
V. A Doctorate degree in a related field may be substituted for the required experience.
