ESSNTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintenance

The ideal maintenance technician candidate performs various community maintenance functions including but not limited to:
Painting/Cleaning, Light bulb changes/ Filter changes/ Lock repairs/changes/ Install/repair window coverings/ Caulking/ Plastering/sanding/ light Electrical and plumbing/ Tile, carpet, flooring/ Ceiling leaks Inspects and helps coordinate all need make-ready repairs and services.

Great customer service skills are a must to partner with this team and provide the best customer service to our residents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or six months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Good time management skills/ Strong customer service orientation/ Represent oneself and the company in a professional manner/ Must be able to use all types of hand and power tools.
• Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
