Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Lawn Fertilization and Pest Control Technician to join our landscaping team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining lush and healthy lawns by implementing effective fertilization and pest control strategies. This position requires a strong understanding of lawn care practices, attention to detail, and a commitment to environmentally sustainable and responsible landscaping.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement lawn fertilization plans based on grass types, seasons, and soil nutrient analysis.
• Accurately and efficiently apply fertilizers using appropriate equipment.
• Monitor and assess lawn response to fertilization, making necessary adjustments.
• Identify and diagnose pest issues affecting lawns, such as weeds and insects.
• Implement targeted and timely pest control applications to maintain a healthy lawn while minimizing environmental impact.
• Stay informed about the latest developments in pest management for lawns and integrate sustainable practices.
• Operate, calibrate, and maintain equipment used for lawn fertilization and pest control.
• Conduct routine inspections and troubleshoot equipment issues to ensure optimal performance.
• Maintain accurate records of fertilization and pest control activities for each lawn.
• Document observations of lawn conditions, pest incidents, and treatment outcomes.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines during all lawn care tasks.
• Stay informed about and comply with local regulations related to pesticide use and environmental protection.
• Work closely with landscaping team members to coordinate lawn care activities.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and provide insights to enhance overall lawn care practices.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (additional education in horticulture or related field is a plus).
• Proven experience in lawn care operations, with a focus on fertilization and pest control.
• Extensive knowledge of various grass types and their specific nutrient and pest management requirements.
• Possession of relevant certifications and licenses for pesticide application in lawn care.
• Knowledge of and adherence to safety standards and best practices.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to operate and maintain lawn care equipment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Residential Maintenance Production Manager to oversee and manage the day-to-day maintenance operations for our residential properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property maintenance, excellent organizational and leadership skills, and a proven ability to manage a team effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of maintenance technicians and subcontractors.
• Assign tasks and projects, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to enhance team performance.
• Oversee all aspects of residential property maintenance, Spring and Fall Cleanups, Weekly mowing, Plant and lawn healthcare.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure the timely completion of routine and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Work closely with the finance department to develop and manage the maintenance budget.
• Monitor expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure the cost-effective delivery of maintenance services.
• Implement and enforce quality control standards for all maintenance work.

Conduct regular inspections to ensure all maintenance tasks meet or exceed established standards.

• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Provide training to maintenance staff on safety procedures and best practices.
• Maintain open and effective communication with property managers, residents, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in residential property maintenance management.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety protocols.
• Familiarity with maintenance software and systems.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Budget management experience.

Education and Experience:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Residential Maintenance management.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
