PAC Machinery Bags and Materials is a small business in MANUFACTURING in Milwaukee, WI 53223. We are a fast-paced and innovative leader in the packaging industry.

**Be a leader in a fast-paced company!** Role and Responsibilities: This is a Leadership position responsible for driving improvements in equipment productivity and capacity. Lead the team in:

• Design, procure and installation of new equipment.
• Technical advice and support to resolve equipment problems, implement equipment modifications and upgrades and/or implement process improvements.
• Developing manufacturing control systems and a Predictive Maintenance Program to monitor the condition of the plant and equipment to maximize plant safety and reliability and reduce downtime.
• Troubleshoots equipment programming issues. Leads effort for programming improvements when needed.

The successful candidate will have:

• A self-starter with a strong work-ethic who drives projects to completion.
• A strong team player with leadership experience.
• Bachelor Degree in Engineering.
• 3-5+ years of experience in an appropriate manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of process and product technology; engineering principles; mechanical and instrumentation systems; calibration and maintenance.
• Programming experience including C and C++. (Preferred)

Job Type: Full-time Salary: From $80,000-$100,000, depending on experience.
