Salary: $80,000 - $115,000 per year

As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce waste. Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement lean manufacturing processes to optimize production efficiency and reduce waste.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of our products and increase productivity.
• Lead and participate in Six Sigma projects to improve process capability and reduce defects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, and maintenance, to ensure smooth operation of manufacturing processes.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to resolve manufacturing issues.
• Design and implement new manufacturing processes and equipment to support new product introductions.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation, including work instructions, process flows, and standard operating procedures.
• Train and mentor production personnel on manufacturing processes and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience leading and participating in Six Sigma projects.
• Experience with process design and improvement.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Knowledge of safety, quality, and regulatory requirements in a manufacturing environment.
