Manufacturing Associate

What do you bring?

• High School Diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
• Prior manufacturing experience (Preferred)
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and 12-hour shifts.
• Flexibility to rotate between day shift (7:30 AM to 7:30 PM) and night shift (7:30 PM to 7:30 AM) every four (4) weeks.
• Ability to read and write in English
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for long periods of time
• Ability to communicate with team members and supervisors
• Flexibility regarding work hours and shifts
• Dependable and punctual

• Ability to troubleshoot and solve basic production related issues

Certain states require pay information be provided in job postings. The national pay range for this position is $18.92- $23.75 per hour. However, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.

In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount is 1% of base salary based on company and individual performance measures. The total target cash range (base pay and annual bonus) for this position, is $51,414.19 to $64,351.00.
