Job Description
The PMG team is responsible for the ongoing maintenance and repair of all commercial equipment in the facility. This includes but is not limited to: refrigeration and laboratory and pharmaceutical production equipment (lyophilizers, freezers, HPLC, Synthesizer, refrigerators, tanks, mixers, air operated diaphragm & centrifugal pumps, etc.).
This person will maintain all equipment, and complete repairs in support of cGMP manufacturing operations. Maintain the documentation of that maintenance within guidelines set forth by Management to comply with cGMP. Utilize knowledge of fundamental mechanical, plumbing, electrical, pneumatic & refrigeration skills in performing assignments.
The Process Maintenance Associate II's responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Perform routine and non-routine equipment maintenance, modifications, and repairs on a timely basis.
- Document repairs, adjustments, and replacement of equipment and/ or components per cGMP standards as well as in accordance with procedures.
- Complete emergency repairs when necessary to offset downtime and production delays.
- Analyze equipment and systems, develop corrective actions to technical problems, and carry them out.
- Completes and understands training requirements on production equipment, maintenance documentation, safety, cGMPs and equipment operational SOPs.

SCHEDULE:
- Standard shift - Monday through Friday
- Start time flexibility of 6:30am PT - 9am PT with a preference for roughly 8am PT

Hands on experience with commercial equipment maintenance
o NOT looking for someone with general Facilities Maintenance background
Comfortability and experience working with electrical wiringNICE TO HAVE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Experience in commercial refrigeration
o The mix of piping, temperature, mechanical, electrical, and controls disciplines that Refrigeration provides would be crucial
