The Manufacturing assistant is responsible for writing procedures, O & M Manuals, Submittals, and other various organizational tasks. The Manufacturing Assistant produces documentation in accordance with the project schedule and standards. Very strong organizational skills are a must. They must have the ability to focus in a busy environment utilizing strong time-management skills in order to successfully multi-task while producing work of high quality. They must possess and exhibit a positive, “can do” attitude even in high stress situations with an unwavering commitment to customer service.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Writing Procedures
- O&M Manuals
- Submittal
- Printing Labels
- Creating and organizing documents for each Station
- Writing Work orders
- Quality review of manufacturing processes
- Review processes and procedures to support manufacturing
- Excellent organization skills
- Improve quality and efficiency
- Acquires, uses and continuously develops personal technical and professional knowledge of products and general managerial skills to assist customers and other company personnel

Successful candidates will be required to pass a post offer, pre-employment drug screen and background check

Exceptionally organized
Experienced in word and Excel
COMPENSATION AND HOURS
Basis for unit of salary/pay: Hourly, $18-24
Salary: Compensation is commensurate with experience.
Pay Comments: Salary based on experience and aptitude of candidate
Hours per week: 40+
