Resident Liason and Technician Needed

Manufactured Housing Community in need of a part time liason/technician to help with general maintenance and upkeep, assist with showings to new prospects, provide updates on the condition of the property, and be eyes and ears on the ground.

Maintenance needed for various jobs including light plumbing work, trash cleanup, moving furniture, landscaping cleanup, lawnmowing, etc. This is a physical part of the job.

Being able to investigate maintenance issues is a requirement. Ability to use all hand tools competently and safely is a plus. Having your own basic tools and transportation is required.

Candidate should have a smartphone to log their hours, describe projects, provide updates via photos and videos, and take notes, order materials and log work orders.

This is a part-time position, and requires the ability to occasionally be on-call after business hours and on some weekends for showings of homes to prospects. Commission included for homes sold.

Candidate must possess the ability to competently communicate through medias such as Zoom, Skype, video conferencing, email, and job related soft ware.

A valid driver license and reliable transportation are REQUIRED. Preferred experience with those who have experience with mobile home work. There is potential to grow in the company very fast apply today start tomorrow!
