Associate Director, Portfolio Administration Proposal Manager
Job Description Summary
POSITION SUMMARY
• Provide business development support for Cushman & Wakefield's Global Portfolio Administration platform, specifically supporting the platform Leadership Team. Tasks and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following:

Essential functions and responsibilities
  • Manage and support the tracking and reporting of business opportunities (pursuits)
  • Prepare, design, and create PowerPoint and Indesign presentations and other marketing related materials, such as case studies and employee biographies
  • Act as administrator and perform updates to Portfolio Administration database / tracking system maintain supporting data as needed
  • Manage weekly / monthly calls on current pursuits for Portfolio Administration platform leadership
  • Manage platform statistics on an ongoing basis and in accordance with approved company standards
  • Manage the platform's business development materials and update materials as required: proposal templates, baseline proposal language, presentation templates, case studies, employee biographies, etc. (materials in a variety of formats and may be maintained in multiple systems)
  • Ensure business development materials follow the company's branding guidelines
  • Engage the appropriate Portfolio Administration leaders and other subject matter experts in order to prepare service solutions and proposals
  • Review of Requests for Information (RFIs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and other formal pursuits
  • Participate in RFI/RFP review and solutioning calls
  • Collaborate with Global Occupier Services' sales teams, business development teams, and other subject matter experts to create and deliver multi-service-line proposals and presentations
  • Provide accurate and customized responses to questions contained in RFIs/RFPs
  • Review/edit proposals and various marketing materials created by others to ensure clarity and accuracy
  • Oversee associates/managers and operations on a day-to-day basis ensuring work is completed and deadlines are met
  • Provide direction, coaching, and career development to assigned staff
  • Provide new team integration and recruiting support including the interviewing and onboarding process
  • Develop training and ensure all training and continuing education needs are met for each associate
  • Create and maintain trust and strong relationships with team members, leadership, and clients
  • Provide regular feedback to leadership regarding issues, challenges, and areas for additional focus
  • Demonstrate initiative and reflect a sense of urgency in daily duties by meeting or improving upon deadlines

education
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred in any field; business, finance/real estate, accounting ideal

additional eligibility qualifications
  • Ability to understand, interpret, and abstract complex real estate lease terminology
  • Working knowledge of financial terms
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), as well as Microsoft SharePoint and Teams applications
  • Experience serving clients in a Portfolio Administration capacity, preferably at the Senior Manager level or higher

WORK ENVIRONMENT
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
