We are seeking a dedicated Program Manager to oversee our Transitional Age Youth and Healthy Transition services. This role is pivotal in providing leadership and management for programs aimed at supporting young adults during their transition into independence. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree with at least two years of relevant experience and one year of supervisory experience. A master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field, as well as certification as a Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner, is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
1. Personnel Management: Includes hiring, training, supervising direct care and rehabilitation counselor staff, promoting staff development, and ensuring compliance with training and agency policies.
2. Program Administration: Involves maintaining knowledge of psychiatric principles, developing and implementing program policies, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and managing program budgets.
3. Residential Site Management: Overseeing the management of residential sites to ensure safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance.
4. Outreach: Developing professional rapport in the community, attending and presenting at conferences, and marketing Humanim services.
5. Clinical Skills/Service Delivery: Conducting comprehensive assessments, overseeing the rehabilitation process, and providing outstanding customer service.
6. Health Care Record Management:Collaborating in maintaining authorizations, ensuring billing accuracy, and managing documentation and reporting requirements.
7. Agency/Team Cohesion: Participating actively in team meetings, maintaining communication with other staff, and ensuring constructive conflict resolution.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
Two years of experience and supervisory skills in the field.
Strong leadership skills, patience, professionalism, and the ability to work both independently and as a team.
Knowledge of the Public Mental Health System in Maryland and community resources.
Certification as Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner or master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field is highly preferred.
Valid driver's license required (minimum of two years of experience driving).
