As an IT Project Manager at Code 104, you will play a pivotal role in steering our projects towards success. You will ensure strict adherence to deadlines, budget constraints, and quality benchmarks, thereby solidifying our position as industry leaders.
- Lead the management of various projects within Code 104, ensuring seamless execution from inception to closure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to clearly define project scopes, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.
- Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgeting.
- Conduct risk assessments for projects; devise and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project risks.
- Organize regular project status meetings and report project progress to all stakeholders effectively.
- Identify and implement process improvements within Code 104's existing workflows and procedures.
- Drive strategy planning efforts that are in line with the company's long-term goals and objectives.
- Critically evaluate existing processes, pinpoint inefficiencies, and lead the charge in proposing and executing enhancements.
- Utilize data and metrics analysis to inform decision-making and foster an environment of continuous improvement.
- Minimum of six (6) years of proven experience in project management, strategy planning, and process improvement within the IT sector.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field; PMP certification is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and multi-disciplinary projects.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an aptitude for negotiation and conflict resolution.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
