Job Description: We seek a Junior Project Manager interested in IT projects. This role is designed for individuals eager to build a career in managing technology-driven projects in a dynamic and innovative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, execution, and completion of IT projects.
- Coordinate with IT teams, software developers, and external stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets specific to IT projects.
- Prepare project documentation, including requirements, progress reports, and user manuals.
- Contribute to IT process improvement initiatives.
- Support communication with clients and key stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- Up to 2 years of experience in IT project coordination or management.
- Basic understanding of IT project management principles and software development life cycles.
- Strong communication, organizational, and technical skills.
- Strong writing skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel
- Proficient in MS Office, project management software, and a basic understanding of programming languages or databases.
- Familiarity with Agile
- Proficient in Office 365
- Strong interpersonal skills
Nice to Have:
- Certification in Project Management (e.g., CAPM) focusing on IT.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with software development processes and tools
- Working knowledge of the Internal Audit process, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 20000-1:2018, and CMMI v2.0
