The Training Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing assigned training initiatives. This includes testing and integration of operations-based projects and developing solutions to support operational excellence for topline growth and margin improvement. This individual works closely with cross-functional teams within and outside the concept to develop, implement, and manage these projects while focused on the brand's growth priorities. The Training Manager also maintains a repository of operational execution standards and serves as an information consultant for the brand and contributing departments.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Improves operational performance by integrating initiatives that simplify process and drive out complexity.
• Identifies and analyzes knowledge and performance gaps and implements solutions developed through collaboration with the CDR training team.
• Develops training programs that are flexible and fit team members' work environment.
• Enhances brand competitiveness through innovative ideation, trial and tracks the progress and impact of programs deployed.
• Leads in the creation and improvement of existing systems and processes which add value to the organization.
• Engages the field through effective, persuasive communication that is tailored to the audience and timed for success.
• Manages project timelines, milestones, budget, and ensures leadership alignment.
• Communicates BBI and brand values and leads team to adhere to those values.

REQUIREMENTS
• Managing Partner or Senior Level Manager experience preferred.

EDUCATION
