This full-time role is about making an impact on people’s lives and the future of clean energy. You will leverage your skills and experience to be part of an innovative team and make a difference for our customers. As a Manager, Technical Operations in Lynchburg, VA, you will be part of the proven team in the Stearns Roger Services organization in the Installed Base Outage Services Business Unit, which is responsible for designing, upgrading and maintaining nuclear reactor refueling equipment at commercial nuclear reactors. What you will do at Framatome/Stearns Roger: 

• Interface with internal Framatome and external utility customers for project planning and execution activities. The SRS Product Line manager is responsible both overall customer satisfaction with current projects as well as planning for long term growth and sustainability of the organization. Envisions, defines, and executes business plans.
• Provide leadership and direction to SRS staff to include Operations Manager, Engineering Manager and Project Engineers
• Propose and execute R&D to meet group objectives
• Ensure appropriate staffing for current commitments and long term operations
• Ensuring readiness of personnel and equipment for all projects
• Review of project performance, with support of assigned PMs, to ensure execution IAW established schedule and budget
• Providing Outage Support (either from the Lynchburg Office or at Nuclear sites) to support projects, including resolution of emergent items
• Ensure adequacy of outage close-outreports to document health of plant equipment and recommendations for improvements
• Support commercial close-out of completed projects
• Consistent communication with Customers to develop strong relationships
• Provide support to IB-Sales organization as required for business development
• Maintain measures for SRS team performance – correct adverse trends and reinforce positive performances

Your Total Rewards Package

The range of base salary for the position is between $143,000 - $202,000, and may also include annual incentives, performance bonuses and benefits. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
