What you will do:

This role reports into the Director, People Business Partnerships and will collaborate with various stakeholders to create innovative, high impact Talent Management strategies and programs. This role will create custom standardized content and drive outstanding organizational and employee satisfaction and success.

How you will make an impact:

The successful candidate has subject matter expertise in Talent Management and will: 

  • Develop a road map of talent and development programs/solutions that support ever evolving business needs.

  • Collaborate with Director, People Business Partnerships, People Business Partners, and business leaders to assess, develop and enhance talent programs including but not limited to: organizational design and workforce planning, succession planning, career pathing, leadership development & training, and eNPS Action Planning.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive succession planning programs to identify high-potential employees and prepare them for future leadership roles.

  • Create standardized custom content, and program frameworks, in the above areas of Talent Management for People Business Partners to roll out to their respective business units.

  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of talent and development programs and implement changes as necessary to elevate their impact and success.

  • Analyze and report on effectiveness of various programs, including extraction of valuable insights to present to leadership.

  • Stay current on Talent Management and development practices, trends and technology; to ensure the company stays on the cutting edge.

  • Comply with all company and People Team policies and standards.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

How you will grab our attention:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.

  • You will have a minimum of 3-6 years experience in Talent Management.

  • You will be a subject matter expert (SME) in organizational design and workforce planning, career pathing, and leadership development.

  • You will be an experienced content designer focused on enhancing the employee experience and manager impact for the entirety of the employee’s time at eXp.

  • You will have prior success in design, development and execution of learning programs and resources. 

  • You will be a hard-working, creative problem solver with strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.

  • You will have strong project and program management capabilities; ability to manage complex and ambiguous projects to great outcomes applying clear objectives, achievements, and communications to keep team members aligned. 

  • You will have a true “ownership” mentality, with the ability to bring fresh ideas to the table and create content with autonomy and minimal guidance, but plenty of support.

  • You will have a positive attitude and be agile, with an entrepreneurial spirit; while being a team player. You’ll be eager to make your mark, while still inviting others to the table to hear ideas and bake the cake together! 

  • You will have the ability to effectively guide and influence change leadership, team and key stakeholders, while also being hands on with tactical execution.

  • You will be an excellent communicator; and have strong verbal and written communications skills.

  • You’ll have proven experience in designing and implementing performance management systems, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and talent development plans.

  • You will have an excellent understanding of HR best practices, policies, and employment laws related to workforce planning, succession planning, career pathing, and leadership development.

  • You will have the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.

  • You will have demonstrated leadership skills; experience managing a team is desired.

  • Having an eye for design is a plus!
