Stable Hand/Groom

Boarding and riding farm in Midway, KY looking to hire part time barn help 20-30 hours per week.
Mornings shifts 8am-12pm bringing horses in, feeding, grooming, picking stalls and cleaning barn.
Afternoon shifts 3:00-6:00pm feeding horses, turning out, cleaning stalls, dumping water buckets, etc.

More hours would be available to the right candidate, room to grow with in the position.

Looking for weekend worrier!

Candidate must have horse handling experience with reliable references, trustworthy, able to follow instructions, be at least the age of 18, and able to lift at least 50 lbs and self motivated.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Internship

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

• Horse Handling: 1 year (Required)
