Job Description:
As a Partnership Manager at Elgato, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and nurturing various partnership opportunities. You will be instrumental in exploring and executing technology partnerships, bundle opportunities with third-party services, licensing deals for custom hardware, and much more. Your work will directly contribute to the expansion and diversification of our product ecosystem, fostering relationships that deliver tangible results and enhance our market position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Partnership Development: Identify, evaluate, and cultivate Strategic Partnerships across different domains, including technology, software, and hardware.
- Negotiation and Deal Structuring: Lead negotiations for partnerships, bundling agreements, and licensing deals, ensuring alignment with Elgato's strategic goals and financial objectives.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product development, marketing, sales, and legal teams to ensure cohesive and effective partnership strategies.
- Market Analysis: Continuously monitor industry trends and competitor strategies to identify emerging partnership opportunities.
- Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with current and potential partners, serving as the primary point of contact.
- Program Management: Oversee the successful implementation and management of partnership programs, including tracking performance and ensuring partners' satisfaction.
- Reporting and Communication: Provide regular updates on partnership developments to internal stakeholders and ensure transparent communication across all levels.
What we are looking for:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or a related field in the technology or digital content creation industry.
- Proven track record of successful partnership cultivation and management.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience in contract development.
- Excellent communication, organization, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Deep understanding of the digital content creation landscape and current technological trends.

For roles that are based at our headquarters in Milpitas, CA: The starting base pay for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
Annual Salary Range $80,000-$90,000 USD
