When you join the Caterpillar Oil & Gas and Marine Division (COGMD), you’re joining a global team that helps to power the global energy industry as well as provide power and propulsion on the water.
We are looking for a Manager Sales & Operations Planning. This person will be responsible for working with the Marine and Oil & Gas Business Unit customer-facing teams to build product volume demand requirements to be submitted to manufacturing facilities. Develops, monitors, and controls production planning process ensuring optimization and customer satisfaction.
Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
Deliver the factory demand signal (RFP)
Support business planning activities such Long-Term Forecast, Scenario Planning, and Business Planning
Managing order board prioritization.

Value Selling : Knowledge of the principles and practices for selling products, technology and services; ability to provide overall product/service 'value' and to differentiate support offerings that address clearly understood customer needs.
