Form of workThis position will be responsible for the development and implementation of the Bank's Enterprise Risk & Controls framework. They will work collaboratively with the Data Governance, RCSA and Enterprise Data team to continually push FCB further in its Data Risk and Controls journey.
Responsibilities:
- Help to lead the adoption of an Enterprise level Risk & Control Framework
- Assist Federated Business Units in adoption of the chosen Framework
- Conduct maturity assessments on individual Business Units
- Proactively help to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement throughout the Bank's data lifecycle
- Consult as needed with other Business Units to develop strategies to address control gaps and adoption paths
Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience in Risk Management or Analytics in the Financial Services industry, and management role OR High School Diploma or GED and 12 years of experience in Risk Management or Analytics in the Financial Services industry, and management role
Preferred Experience: Experience within Data Governance, Enterprise Risk & Controls, Audit or other similar function. Experience standing up such a program considered a plus. Experience with one or more of the major industry frameworks (DCAM, etc) a plus.
Preferred Education: Post graduate degree
Preferred Area of Study: Quantitative discipline
