As a Per Diem Mental Health Therapist specializing in Career Transition and Reinvention, you will play a crucial role in addressing the psychological impacts of these transitions and providing guidance on skill development and personal growth.

**Your Role in Supporting Career Transitions:**

In this role, you will:

1. **Psychological Support:** Provide emotional support and validation to women undergoing Career Transitions, addressing feelings of uncertainty, fear, and self-doubt that may arise during this process.

2. **Identity Exploration:** Assist clients in exploring their values, strengths, and passions to clarify their professional identity and identify potential career paths aligned with their authentic selves.

3. **Skill Development:** Offer guidance on skill development and acquisition to enhance clients' marketability and confidence in pursuing new career opportunities or transitioning into new roles.

4. **Goal Setting:** Collaborate with clients to set clear, achievable goals for their Career Transition journey, providing accountability and support as they work towards their aspirations.
