Our mission at Gosia Genomics Inc is to provide personalized insights for managing pelvic floor gynecological conditions and infertility, including tailored nutrition plans based on each patient's needs, goals, as well as genomic and microbiome information. We are currently seeking an experienced nutritionist specializing in reproductive disorders, pelvic floor conditions, and maternal health to conduct virtual dietary consultations.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual dietary consultations with patients to gather relevant information about their health history, dietary habits, and lifestyle.
- Prepare and provide personalized dietary guidance and plans based on the patient’s overall health, medical conditions such as pelvic floor diseases (e.g., endometriosis, PCOS, adenomyosis, menstrual cramps), fertility issues, and personal dietary preferences.
- Offer personalized nutrition counseling to improve pregnancy and maternal health outcomes.
- Incorporate information on nutrigenomics and the microbiome into patients' care plans to further tailor their dietary recommendations.
- Monitor patients' progress and make necessary adjustments to their dietary plans.
- Utilize virtual communication channels to remain connected with patients and provide required assistance.
- Contribute to our telehealth platform by advising on additional features and functionalities to enhance patient care.
- Stay updated with the newest research and technologies relevant to personalized nutrition.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in nutrition, dietetics, or a related discipline.
- Certification as a Nutritionist or a Registered Dietitian.
- Prior experience with dietary counseling for patients suffering with any of the following: pelvic pain, gynecological diseases, fertility or pregnancy is required.
- Prior experience in providing nutrition counseling and developing personalized meal plans.
- Proficiency in nutrition principles and dietary guidelines.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively deliver virtual consultations.
- Prior experience or familiarity with nutrigenomics is a plus, or a willingness to learn about the genomic impact on patients' nutrition.
- Experience and understanding of various health conditions and dietary modifications required for the treatment of reproductive conditions, infertility, pregnancy, and maternal health.
- Patient-centric approach and a high attention to patients' needs.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $22.22 - $26.76 per hour
