Job description

Revenue Operations Manager

This role would suit a self-motivated, results-oriented individual who is comfortable in a fast-paced work environment who has experience working and communicating effectively with other employees. An ideal candidate will be self-motivated, able to multi-task, detail oriented, well organized, and committed to maintaining a high-level of data accuracy and integrity. This role requires continuous cross-functional work internally to determine priorities to ensure the highest level of business impact. This role reports to the Senior Director of Revenue Operations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide analytic support to GTM Leadership Team
  • Larger focus on strategic and enterprise level customers and prospects
  • Assist with ad hoc projects, data analysis and reporting as needed
  • Develop best practices that align sales and marketing data quality with company initiatives
  • Work with sales management to utilize data for territory planning and account targeting
  • Data gathering, including primary and secondary research, data analysis and reporting for whitespace analysis, sales prioritization, and market research
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, customer success and product management, and other cross-functional experts at the manager level to increase collaboration and effectively build awareness

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelors in Finance/Business Administration/Marketing although other degrees welcome to apply.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and Windows, expert Excel user, proficient in developing statistical models
  • 4-6 years in sales operations, sales strategy or analytics
  • Experience with Salesforce, Dynamics and Data Visualization tools a plus
