Are you Ready to put your managerial experience to work at Northrop Grumman? If so, our Defense System wants you to join our team as a Product Support Manager 2 based at Beale AFB, CA.
You will have direct supervisory or management responsibilities for more than one integrated support element, including Product Support Management and Maintenance Planning & Management.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Daily operations of a team or work unit (direct supervision of the staff, assignment of work, schedules, day to day workflow, and operating costs).
Cost, schedule, and technical performance of a specific unit or work package on a life cycle support type contract or broad responsibility for all aspects of program performance on a delivery order or small technical services-type contract.
Basic Qualifications:
Must have at least 14 years of specialized relevant experience in Aviation Maintenance and High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) OR Bachelor's Degree and at least 10 years of specialized relevant experience.
Ability to lead/manage a team and hold the team accountable for executing a Statement of Work
Must have a current active DoD Top Secret security clearance with ability to maintain.
Must have and maintain a valid U.S. passport and be willing to travel to worldwide sites for supervisory visits (up to 10% travel).
Must be willing to work a flexible work schedule that may include extended shifts, holidays, weekends, and support on-call status when necessary.
Ability to obtain and retain Special Program Access clearance within 365 days from submission is a condition of employment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Military aircraft maintenance management experience
Experience working with Maintenance Operations Center; Plans, Scheduling & Documentation, Sortie Debrief, or Maintenance Planning
