- AdventHealth Heart of Florida is a licensed 193-bed acute care hospital, coupled with outpatient services including imaging, rehab, lab and wound care, that has been serving the community for over 50 years.

The role you’ll contribute:
The Manager of Volunteers is accountable for effectively and efficiently managing the Volunteer Services. They are responsible for recruitment, screening applicants, assuring educational requirements are achieved.
The value you’ll bring to the team:
_·_ Builds relationships with Campus leadership, and department leaders that partner to develop and identify volunteer roles that meet the business needs of the hospital and positively impact patient and team member experience.
- Advisor for campus CEO’s and leadership on community volunteer programming.
- Organizes the collection, retrieval, and analysis of Volunteer data. Creates and presents management reports as requested for the hospital system.
- Actively seek, organize, and execute efforts to represent AdventHealth favorably in the community with volunteerism. Promote volunteerism by working with AdventHealth teams and strategic community groups and schools to advance volunteerism and recruitment of new volunteers.
- Assists in scheduling volunteer shifts at the Polk Market hospitals.
Qualifications
The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two (2) to three (3) years' previous experience in management
