We are seeking a manager of Institutional and High Net-Worth Sales to join our US team. This individual will play a critical role in expanding our institutional and high net-worth client base in US and internationally, focusing on building and maintaining relationships with key players in the cryptocurrency liquidity/trading space.
Responsibilities
- Leverage existing relationships and networks to develop business.
- Support and manage full sales cycles of Institutional and large transaction cryptocurrency and FX deals.
- Support trading desk and leads tracking.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to tailor offerings that meet the specific needs of Institutional clients.
- Stay abreast of market trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements in the cryptocurrency industry.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences, enhancing its visibility and reputation in the market.
- Track and manage KPIs, find ways to continuously improve sales performance.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in any sales position.
- Proven track record of bringing and managing a significant book of business.
- General understanding of cryptocurrency markets, products, and regulatory environment.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in English; additional language skill will be an asset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., MBA, CFA) are a plus.
