Compensation
The compensation target range for this role is:
$123,500 - $130,000

As the Manager of Analytics, Advertising & Growth, you will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing team of analysts and driving data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners, prioritize analytical initiatives, and ensure alignment with the company's strategic growth objectives.
Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Build and manage a team of analysts, providing guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to ensure high-quality deliverables and individual growth.
- Implement and refine media attribution models using advanced analytics techniques to support growing and changing needs of the business.
- Apply incrementality testing and marketing mix modeling techniques to optimize media spend and identify opportunities to improve ROI across all marketing channels and campaigns.
- Ensure accuracy of website and campaign tagging for advertising attribution, working with Web Development teams and Analytics Engineering ensure the consistent tracking of marketing touchpoints across channels.
- Develop and present accurate website traffic forecasts in collaboration with Advertising & Growth team and agency partners, incorporating customer behavior, promotional activities, marketing initiatives, advertising budgets, and macroeconomic factors.
- Own and maintain business dashboards and reports supporting Advertising & Growth and Customer Engagement from the platform down to the campaign level, providing actionable insights to drive performance and growth through careful observation and understanding of business trends and performance.
- Assist in building the company's growing content and marketing personalization program in collaboration with Site Merchandising, Advertising & Growth, and Customer Engagement teams. Develop and implement testing plans, user segmentation strategies, and customer journey analyses to deliver personalized experiences that enhance customer engagement and drive conversion.
- Build strong relationships and foster cross-functional collaboration with other internal teams such as, eCommerce, Retail, Finance, Web Development, and Data Engineering to ensure alignment and support the needs of the entire business.
- Serve as the liaison between analytics teams among agency partners and internal stakeholders in the Marketing organization, interpreting results and providing input and guidance on analytical initiatives
Education/Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in Advertising or Marketing analytics, or related roles.
- 1+ years demonstrated leadership experience managing a team with at least one direct report in a collaborative environment.
- Strong understanding of advertising within the omni-channel retail industry, with emphasis on eCommerce or other DTC channels through work experience in similar settings.
- Expertise in forecasting, planning, and analyzing large datasets using historical data, current trends, and other assumptions to inform business strategies.
- Hands-on experience with tag management (floodlights, pixels, UTMs) and media attribution across multiple advertising channels, both paid and owned; experience with Tealium is a plus.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools and understanding of data visualization best practices through experience creating dashboards or other high-level business reports; experience with Looker preferred.
- Advanced ability using Microsoft Excel.
- Experience working with SQL-based data warehousing to query and organize data; experience using Snowflake with exposure to DBT is preferred.
- Experience working with web-analytics platforms to monitor visitor and customer engagement and assess media performance; expertise in GA4 with deep understanding of the platform and Google data ecosystem is preferred.
- Understanding of basic statistical models (e.g., regressions, cluster analysis, etc.) and their use in prediction and optimization is preferred.

- Proven ability to lead and manage a team, foster collaboration, and develop talent.
- Excellent presentation and reporting skills with the ability to communicate in a compelling manner, both verbally and in writing.
- Knowledge of data governance and documentation best practices to ensure accuracy and validity of information shared across the organization.
- Understanding of OKR framework to set goals and organize resources around common business objectives and strategic initiatives.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think analytically and strategically.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
