What You’ll Do:
Revv is in search of an enthusiastic and talented Marketing Manager with enough experience to understand and develop simple marketing strategies and annual marketing campaigns. The Marketing Manager will work closely with key stakeholders to promote the brand while holding true to Revv's essence and mission to bring the wonder of flight to as many people as possible.

- Develop creative and effective strategies, ideas and tactics to drive growth that also consistently communicates Revv's brand story with our many audiences, internal and external.
- Grow our customer base, with a focus on driving charter sales, fuel sales and pilot training.
- Use data, research and market learning to inform your decision-making and set priorities.
- Effectively utilize audience segmentation to understand the value and behavioral and attitudinal insights of Revv's customers.
- Develop marketing and sales creative assets, as needed.
- Support senior management in bringing the Revv idea to life for employees, (working closely to support the Talent Team in communicating culture initiatives).
- Direct Revv's social media work in partnership with our agency.
- Lead and participate in Revv's presence at key national aviation events.
- Manage and track the marketing budget.
- Developing annual marketing plans (supported by CMO).
- Partner with the Business Development team, making sure that there is good alignment between the Sales and Marketing functions.
- Maintain professionalism in a fast-paced, consistently evolving environment.
- All other duties as assigned.
Experience:
- 2+ years experience either as a brand/marketing manager within a medium to large company, or similar experience within an advertising/marketing agency. Experience of aviation marketing is a big advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications or a business-related field.
- B2C and/or B2B experience.
- Proven experience carrying out event marketing efforts.
- Ability to travel 30-40% of the time to our different FBO locations (or other events we attend).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- You are creative, innovative, and always think outside the box.
- Highly organized and proficient at managing multiple projects at a time.
- A self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and is excited by the startup grind.
- Interest in Aviation is a bonus.
