The Marketing Multimedia department is looking for a manager who will lead the execution of SFBLIC's communication, graphic design, and digital strategy and is responsible for identifying and implementing new online channels (particularly in social media) to improve Farm Bureau member adoption/retention and agent satisfaction. Manages multiple digital channels (websites, search engine marketing (SEM), social media), and print media to increase brand awareness and engagement within defined agent and customer segments to drive preference and conversion to Farm Bureau products. Oversees development and execution of comprehensive digital presence strategies congruent with client branding and marketing objectives. Works closely with other Marketing departments, including E-Services, to promote a positive image and ensure that our E-Service platforms effectively support and promote our brand image.
Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or other relevant field required.
- 5 years of prior relevant experience as an account manager or in a related digital marketing role.
- 3 years of direct supervisory/management or Subject Matter Expert experience required.
- Knowledge of the insurance industry environment, regulations, and practices required, preferred.
- Knowledge of new and emerging analytics technologies and the potential application for those emerging analytics technologies
- Must have the technical skills to perform the activities required to Marketing Multimedia work.
- Ability to think strategically and plan over a 1-2 year time span.

Responsibilities
- Assists the Director of Marketing Multimedia and E-Services and other Marketing managers in developing, implementing, and maintaining a standard data analytics methodology.
- Oversees the relationship with outside ad agencies and vendors.
- Participates in discussions and events with marketing and analytic peers to learn and share best practices.
- Lead and supervise Marketing Multimedia staff: assign work, monitor activities, and evaluate performance.
- Manage, within established HR policies and procedures, Marketing Multimedia recruitment, hiring, training, scheduling, evaluation, discipline, termination, layoff and recall, promotions, demotions, and annual increments.
- Adjust staffing levels, job descriptions, and job duties to optimize Marketing Multimedia capability and customer service.
- Develop and manage annual capital and operating budgets for Marketing Multimedia and contribute to the development and preparation of Marketing's annual budget.
- Assures that all confidential data and reports are stored in secure environments and that such information is only distributed to individuals who have been granted the authority to receive and review such data.
