We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Human Resource Manager for our corporate office located in Ozark. MO. The Human Resource Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping our talent landscape and fostering a positive work environment across multiple states. Under the general direction of the Director of Administration, the Human Resource Manager provides benefits and payroll administration and is responsible for managing and monitoring all tasks necessary to accomplish the administration of all benefits to include medical, dental, vision, life insurance and short and long term disability as well as being a team member who likes to work with others in a fun and positive environment, has the ability to be self-motivated and collaborate with the team, while keeping focus on our five Core Values:

Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for the administration of all benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability.
Responsible for the administration of all employees’ data/files
Responsible for the resolution of employees benefit issues and taking appropriate actions.
Coordinate benefits processing to include enrollments (Health, Dental, Life insurance, STD, LTD, HSA,), COBRA, terminations, changes, beneficiaries, disability, accident and death claims.
Reconciles monthly invoices for all company benefits programs.
Effectively manages and maintains an in-depth knowledge of multiple state labor laws as well as state and federal employment laws related to hiring, compensation, benefits, discrimination, leave, health/safety, etc.
Ensure company policies adhere to regulations and stay updated on changes in legislation.
Proficient with HR information systems and data analytics.
Oversee and administer all background checks.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Lead initiatives that engage both corporate HR and local management, fostering collaboration and alignment while maintaining positive employer-employee relationships across 12 locations nationwide.
Document and maintain administrative procedures for assigned benefit plans.
Responsible for annual ACA Reporting.
Responsible for OSHA 300 Reporting/Workmen’s Comp filing
Responsible for Affirmative Action Plan reporting
Responsible for annual open enrollment activities for all company benefits.
Oversee maintenance of employee benefits files and update employee benefit records through Employee Navigator.
Accurately update payroll information to ensure proper pay for all Salaried and Hourly team members.
Research and verify all payroll abnormalities.
Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred but not required.
Five or more years’ experience in Human Resource administration or management required.
Ability to maintain strict code of confidentiality.

Compensation:
The compensation package for this role is competitive and commensurate with experience and qualifications with a minimum starting pay of $54,000 annually. Salary will be determined based on the knowledge, skills and competencies of the selected candidate.
