- Manage inbound and outbound Shipping and Logistics of company products from and to domestic and international customers and suppliers
- Experienced on International shipping regulations including Automated Export Systems (AES) filings to ensure compliance with Electronic Export Information (EEI) requirements for the US Census Bureau.
- Create, apply, and monitor performance metrics for on time shipments and international regulation compliance.
- Company point of contact regarding logistics matters related to company products and procured materials
- Coordinate and Manage production from Procept HQ to 3PL's domestic and international.
- Arrange Shipments domestic and international following all Export controls.
- Approve Freight spend per spending approval policy.
- Resolve any customs clearance issues.
- Keep on time delivery matrix of shipments to Customers
- Manage the movements of production inventory, supplies, and accessories to ensure the successful completion of sales transactions.
- Support the Commercial team with Shipping and Logistics support for monthly and quarter end.
- Transact Sales Confirmations in ERP system for all sites.
- Assist in Cycle Counting and resolution of discrepancies
- Must be available to work flexible hours and various shifts depending on the current operational needs
- Continuously refines and improves product transport & storage processes.
- Prepare for and resolve any issues regarding inventory accuracy.
- Coordinate with shipping and freight forwarders for timely and accurate shipment releases, pick-ups, and deliveries.
- Assure compliance to all company policies, standard operating procedures and recognized domestic/international shipping standards.
- Understand and adhere to the PROCEPT BioRobotics Quality and EHS policies.
- Travel between local company facilities may be required.

- Minimum 10 years of experience
- Manage a team of hourly employees performing shipping and logisitcs.
- Superb organizational skills, ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong written and verbal communicator
- Working knowledge of ERP programs at the user level (QAD preferred)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications is required, specifically Outlook, Word, and advanced excel experience preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to be a proactive and collaborative leader in a dynamic shipping environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across all levels of the organization.

- To perform this duty the employee must have the ability to sit or stand at and operate a computer terminal and walk or travel within the facility. The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and frequently required to pack/unpack packages.
- The employee will be exposed to warehouse activities including moving pallet jacks, forklifts and other material handling equipment. Activities will also include receiving and moving materials to engineering labs, a machine shop, and manufacturing clean rooms. The environment is subject to moderate noise from machinery (ie machine shop equipment, the PROCEPT Aquablation unit, computer equipment, printers, etc.), for which proper hearing protection may be assigned and worn.
