Position Title: Manager, Finance (M2)
Role
This position will lead the Operational finance department in support of the Tower Leadership teams, while working to ensure the information provided is aligned with the company's objectives and key results.
Responsibilities
Partner with leadership by advising on business decisions while effectively communicating across stakeholders e.g., Sales, Operations, and Finance.
Lead efforts related to quarterly outlook and annual budget cycles, while providing leaders with key information for Earnings Prep reviews.
Team will provide timely and accurate analysis of revenue and cost drivers and ensure consistent operational budget management e.g., weekly and monthly reporting of results
Review financial models developed by the team on new unique offerings/savings within the existing customer base. Provide financial insight to leaders on expected returns.
Communicate across Finance teams of new initiatives in the business and lead efforts developing necessary process or procedure changes.
Partner with Digital Transformation regarding system enhancements. Provide recommendations that will assist the business with enhanced visibility into investments and returns.
Manage activities of direct report(s) including coaching, mentoring, and training.
Expectations
Expertise in financial reporting and accounting principles (GAAP)
Knowledge of Microsoft software applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Knowledge of computer accounting software, especially J.D. Edwards and Oracle, reporting writing
Ability to effectively communicate with individual contributors and management through written and verbal methods
Ability to recognize problems, recommend solutions, and collaboratively implement change
Education/Certifications
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or other business-related field
MBA preferred
Experience/Minimum Requirements
Five (5) years of experience related to finance or accounting, preferably in telecom, construction, or real estate.

Reports to: Director Operational Finance
Title(s) of direct reports (if applicable): Financial Analyst(s)
Working Conditions: This role falls into our hybrid work model working in the office on Monday through Thursday. On Fridays, teammates on the hybrid schedule will have the option to work from the office or home. There is an expectation of collaboration with teammates and stakeholders for moments that matter that could require travel.
