Manager – Finance Planning Service Line
Take ownership of driving clinical growth both in inpatient and ambulatory services across the NYP Enterprise. Partner with Service Line leadership across the academic center and lead the team of project leaders and analysts in developing growth strategies and business plans cross all the Service Lines at the hospital. This job creates ample opportunity to be innovative and produce new solutions to challenges and questions. Ideal for analytical and forward-thinking individuals who want a make a difference by creating accurate, thoughtful and justifiable business case and analysis that adds to the financial strength of the Hospital. Participate in building an effective team and develop strong engagement amongst the direct reports. Mentoring and growing staff through selection, training and work assignments. - Master's degree
Required Criteria
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 5 years of applicable experience related to business planning, forecasting and budgeting
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Demonstrated ability in producing strong multivariate analyses and associated high quality presentation deliverables
